You can check the status of your order in the following ways:

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders with products in stock placed before 2pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped out the following business day. Transit times begin on the date your order initially ships out, not the date of the order placed.
For Pre-Order items, please see the lead time for stocking listed on individual product descriptions.
For In-Stock items, here is a shipping guide for when you can expect your order:
Domestic Flat Rate - $10.00 within the United States on orders under $200.00
2nd Day Air - $25.00 within the United States
Free Shipping - all orders over $300.00 in the United States
International Shipping* (10-40 days) - calculated (*custom fees may apply upon delivery)
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with Parterre, you may also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into orders. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, please contact us.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your items from Parterre. Unless otherwise written specifically on the individual product page, all our offerings are returnable. If you wish to return or exchange your order, please visit our returns center. We accept the return or exchange of unwashed, unused items with the tags on within 30 days of receipt. We will be unable to accept returns for items without the tag.
The cost of domestic return shipping will be taken care of by Parterre.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?
Exchange items will be sent out as soon as you request them through our Parterre return center. For returns, an Instant Refund Voucher is automatically generated as an option for those wanting to place another order on shopparterre.com without having to wait for a refund. If it goes unused, the full refund will be processed back to your original payment method -- no action is required on your end.
For a refund associated with a return, it can take up 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once we have processed it back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Only items purchased on shopparterre.com may be exchanged or returned.
Where are your products made?
Product production information can be found on each individual item. If you have specific questions about where our products are made, please contact us.
Will sold out products come back in stock?
Depending on the season, products may or may not be re-stocked.
If a product is sold out, you may opt in to be notified for a potential restock on our individual product pages.
Because our dresses are more tailored, we recommend taking your normal size within the size range. If you are on the higher end of the range, size up for a more forgiving fit.
